YIN - YANG

Yin YangYin and Yang are two inverse forces, which are completing each other, they never exist separately, one is always a part of the other. They exist in every aspect of human live and surrounding world.

Balance of Yin and Yang forces states the base for harmonical Chi flow. Balancing these two energies results in keeping human organism in healthy state of mind and body for many long years.

Looking at relation between Yin and Yang from matrial arts point of view, we can say that conscience and planed disturbance of Chi flow (disruption on Ying- Yang balance), is the main goal of attacker.  It may be caused in many ways starting from subtle influence on particular points by touching, grabbing or pressuring and finishing with strong, destroyable inner organs, bonds, muscles, ligaments and sinews hits.

According to the old traditional Chinese medicine there are determined pathways (meridians / energetic channels) in the human body, which chi  circulates.
